End Frets

Summary: High quality raised and polished aluminium ends wrapping over the edges of the black painted wood end-frames.

End Shape: Octagonal.

End Sides: Eight.

End Diameter: 401.5mm.

End-Profile: High quality raised and polished aluminium ends wrapping over the edges of the black painted wood end-frames.

End Material: High quality raised and polished aluminium ends.

End Bolts: Shallow profile, flat-head steel bolts.

End Stamps / Labels: Each end is crudely engraved with a previous owner's details, viz: "Property of Phil Goldman", with a fancy scrolling, and a star of David with hebrew lettering within. No information has been found about Mr Goldman, though he may have been a bandsman.

Label Embouchure Pattern: Oval embouchure with West Street paper label to LH, - post 1930s-style scalloped black-on-metal "West Street" Wheatstone label pinned to RH, in recesses in the chrome plated ends.

Finger-rest: Not used on Duet instruments.

Fret Condition: Fine.
