Full Description: A first edition of “Electricians and their Marvels”, by Walter Jerrold, publ: S W Partridge & Co, London, c 1890 – 1900. One of a series of books on famous Victorian scientists by this prolific author: Chapter 3 summarises the careers of Wheatstone, Cooke and Morse and their relationships to the telegraph.
