Label Mounted on end: A late 1960s-style double-scalloped black-on-metal "Wheatstone" label is pinned to the recess in both the plated ‘Dot and Comma’ right- and left-hand frets. The retaining clips on the origonal leather thumb-straps are stamped &ldquoWheatstone”.
Serial Number On Pans: Batch Number of the instrument "2", on top rim of action board.
