The fretwork-frame and action frame are clad in rosewood veneer End Shape: Hexagonal End Sides: Six End Diameter: 150mm End-Profile: Flat End Material: Solid rosewood End Bolts: Shallow-height cheese-head brass bolts, securing the fretwork end to the action frame and bellows. Fret Pattern: Later Chidley pattern - oval label cartouche, scalloped LH number cartouche. Label Embouchure Pattern: Oval to RH, small scalloped to LH Strap Screw-insert type: Inset circular brass screw-fittings to side, each secured by a single steel screw Finger-rest: Standard format curved-end brass finger-rests, with original full leather cladding. Just two small securing screws, in common with the smaller size of 40-key instruments. Fret Condition: Fine Damage Summary: Case top strap missing. |
