Red velvet lining, lock embouchure absent, two-clasp brass lock. Lid has the Dealer's label of ""J, J. Vickers, Dealer and Repairer of concertinas, Sole Agent for Italian Accordions. 82 Royal Hill, Greenwich, London S.E."
